Vanilla Pod



I started the Vanilla Pod Bakery back in 2009 with a dream to make people happy through delicious cake.


Fast forward to now and that is still my number one passion, and it is now a passion I share with my highly talented team of cake decorators and bakers.



The Vanilla Pod Bakery’s style is very much relaxed yet elegant, we particularly love creating cakes using buttercream but we are equally as happy to work with all mediums from traditional royal icing, to fondant icing, to decedent chocolate ganache.




When I am not designing cakes or in client meetings, I love to stroll around the beautiful area I live (Cheltenham and the Cotswolds). I love the sense of peace you get when you step into nature, the way you can find beauty within everything. It is a truly wonderful way to relax and open up the creative doors.
